These homes, designed for the Local Authority, are thoughtfully arranged in a contemporary adaptation of the traditional terraced street layout. This innovative design responds to intricate daylight and privacy considerations involving neighboring properties.

The building's exterior is composed of distinct elements, setting it apart from the neighboring 1970s block and infusing it with unique identity and character. Inside, the apartments boast a blend of simplicity, durability, and elegance. Full-height glazing in the living rooms fills the spaces with natural light. Several flats are fully wheelchair accessible, and all floor plans are optimized for efficient living space.
