Our pre-application proposal has recieved positive support from Planning Officers at the London Borough of Barnet. We always prioritise collaborative engagement with Local Authorities, aligning our ideas with community aspirations and the strategic visions in Barnet's Growth Strategy and the London Plan.

Our proposal introduces new high-quality employment workspace, expanding the existing office and warehouse space . This new employment hub will contribute to economic activity and area vitality, aligning with local and metropolitan urban development objectives.
