Commercial Intensification: An innovative design to optimise  Strategic Industrial Land (SIL).

Our innovative design optimises a largely empty site which is on Strategic Industrial Land (SIL). The proposal creates a multi-storey lettable and flexible business / workshop building. It is suitable for research and design, workshops, laboratories, storage users and high-tech industries. The ideas is a flexible enviroment for contemporary teants who want light industrial uses - with shared meeting rooms, conference suits and cafes. The terraced shape of the building is driven by rights of light to an adjacent residential flats, the stepped terraces creating amenity gardens for the building users.
