Our architectural approach was context-sensitive, harmonising the site with its Victorian neighbourhood. We crafted a high-quality design using brick, aligning the new facility with other distinctive community buildings in the area.

With planning approval achieved, Simon Kaufman Architects produced comprehensive technical drawings and specifications to meet stringent UK building regulations, which were also used for accurate construction tendering. Work commenced in late 2022, with completion expected in Spring 2024.
