This major estate regeneration project in South London in conjunction with PRP Architects saw 800 new, sustainable homes constructed around a new landscaped park and the complicated but well recieved decant of existing residents from badly planned 1970's flats into new lower-rise brick town housing.
The new housing is arranged around a large park in the tradition of London squares and gardens. Construction is to robust environmental standards and achieved gold Secure by Design accreditation from the Metropolitan Police. They also incorporate many features suggested by residents through a lengthy consultation process.
Our successful experience during the planning application, community consultation & technical design stages helped realise this important housing project, transforming the neighbourhood for the better.
