Nestled within a generously proportioned garden site, this project involved the thoughtful subdivision of the grounds of a historic house into two distinct plots. Each plot features a carefully crafted 3-bedroom house, designed with young families in mind and available for sale.

Our architectural vision blends seamlessly with the surrounding period buildings in Enfield, harmonising with the height, character, and style of adjacent buildings and detailed to ensure a cost-effective construction process. The layout is carefully planned to Nationally Described Space Standards and Building Regulations, delivering contemporary internal spaces with generously sized living areas and ensuite bedrooms. The project is on site and due to complete in Spring 2024.
